Overview: In this role, you will apply the nursing process to
deliver exceptional patient care. You will hold professional
accountability for the care provided to your assigned patients and
assess the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other
caregivers. Collaboration with various departments to coordinate
patient care is essential. You will also ensure the protection of
patient rights and maintain confidentiality regarding patient

values, and service standards. Position Details:Qualifications:
Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
(Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN). Licensure: Responsible for
obtaining and keeping a current RN license in the state of
employment or compact licensure, fulfilling all state board of
nursing requirements. Experience: Relevant experience in nursing is
preferred. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
from the American Heart Association or completion of the course
within 30 days of hire. Depending on the specific position or unit,
additional certifications may be required within a designated
timeframe, including: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP
(Neonatal Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric
Course) TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified
Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment
Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature,
Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And Emotional Support) C-EFM
(Fetal Monitor Certification) Other unit-specific certifications as
necessary Physical Requirements: The role necessitates the ability
to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs. Prolonged
standing and walking are required throughout each shift. Ability to
grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat is essential for
