Job Description:

efficiency. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role
in assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with a variety
of physical ailments, restrictions, and disabilities. This position
demands a dynamic approach to physical therapy, integrating
innovative strategies within a collaborative healthcare
environment. You will be instrumental in helping patients regain or
enhance their physical capabilities through targeted therapies
designed around each patient's unique needs. Evaluate patient
conditions based on their symptoms and medical histories. Develop
personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility, alleviate pain,
and prevent physical disabilities. Monitor patient progress and
adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to optimize treatment programs. Educate
patients and their families about the treatment strategies and
progress. Maintain patient records and documentation in compliance
with healthcare regulations. Proficient in developing and
administering physical therapy strategies. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to handle complex situations and make
informed clinical decisions. Knowledge of regulatory healthcare
standards. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Valid Physical Therapy license as required. CPR certified and
additional certification in physical therapy specialties is
preferred.
