Full Time/Days The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering
direct patient care through the nursing process, ensuring effective
collaboration with various departments, and upholding patient
confidentiality. This role necessitates a valid RN license, basic
life support certification, and may require additional specialized
certifications depending on the unit. The job entails physical
tasks such as lifting and extended periods of standing, while also
offering avenues for professional development and a comprehensive

role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care
while maintaining professional accountability for the care provided
to assigned patients. The Registered Nurse will assess the overall
effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers and coordinate
patient care in collaboration with other departments. Upholding
patient rights and ensuring the confidentiality of patient
information are essential responsibilities. Duties must be
performed in alignment with our mission, values, and service
standards. Position Details: Qualifications: Education: Completion
of an accredited registered nursing program. Licensure: Responsible
for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the state of
employment or compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing
requirements. Physical Requirements: Ability to push, pull, or lift
up to 50 pounds regularly. Prolonged standing and walking are
required during each shift. Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel,
twist, and squat to fulfill job duties. Experience: Relevant
experience in nursing. Certifications: Basic Life Support
certification from the American Heart Association or completion of
the course within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications may be
required based on the specific unit, including but not limited to:
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation
Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) TNCC (Trauma
Nursing Core Course) CPHON (Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology
Nurse) OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life
Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work,
And Emotional Support) C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification) Other
