- ICU/IMC, Full-Time, Nights This full-time night-shift position
for a Registered Nurse is dedicated to delivering critical care to
patients in the ICU and IMC. The role emphasizes effective
coordination and assessment of patient care while upholding
professional accountability, ensuring patient confidentiality, and
adhering to nursing standards and certifications. Candidates should
possess physical endurance and will benefit from a comprehensive

the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care. Holds
professional accountability for the care provided to assigned
patients. Assesses the overall effectiveness of care delivered by
other caregivers. Collaborates with various departments to
coordinate patient care. Upholds patient rights and maintains
confidentiality of patient information. Performs all duties in
alignment with our mission, values, and service standards. Position
Details: Qualifications: Education: Must have graduated from an
accredited nursing program (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN
license in the state of employment or compact licensure, meeting
all state board of nursing requirements. Experience: Relevant
experience in nursing is preferred. Certifications: Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or
completion of the course within 30 days of hire. Additional
certifications may be required based on the specific unit,
including but not limited to: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency Nursing
Pediatric Course) TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON
(Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology
Certified Nurse) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS
(Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E.
(Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, And
Emotional Support) C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification) Other
unit-specific certifications as necessary. Physical Requirements:
Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
Prolonged standing and walking are required during each shift.
Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to fulfill
