working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Pulaski, Tennessee, 38478! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:

Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1 years License:
Required RN license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ENPC, HWC, PALS,
TNCC Must-Have Skills/Experience: ER experience. Description:
Blocked scheduling is not available. Orientation is conducted
weekly on Mondays. All required certifications must be obtained
prior to the start date. All clinical staff must be checked against
the Tennessee Abuse Registry before the start date. Results are
required prior to starting work. The facility provides inpatient
and outpatient services. It has a 95-bed acute care facility. The
unit has 7 beds, 2 psych rooms, and 2 hall beds. The patient ratio
is 5:1. The patient population served includes all ages. The
supervisor is the Director of Emergency Services. The ideal
candidate is professional and willing to learn. The candidate
should work well in a team and support current staff. Respect for
departmental expectations is essential. Asking questions when
uncertain is encouraged. The candidate should remain calm in
chaotic situations. Good listening skills and confidence in
clinical judgment are important. A willingness to help improve
processes is required. The candidate should avoid gossip and drama.
Problem-solving skills are a must. Basic hospital dress code
requirements are expected. Unacceptable attire includes outerwear
with logos or prints not of the hospital logo, hoodies, open-toed
shoes, and t-shirts except on specified days. No jewelry or items
that could pose safety risks are allowed. Required education
includes certification/licensure to work as an RN. This position is
