In this role, you will provide direct patient care across all
facets of respiratory therapy, following the directives of
physicians. You will also engage with doctors regarding the
effectiveness of treatments and serve as a knowledgeable resource
for both medical staff and nursing teams concerning respiratory
care. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed.

Location: Our facility serves Ardmore and nearby communities.
Position Types: RRT and CRT GIG Compensation: $35/hr for RRT,
$30/hr for CRT Variable Shift Incentives Enjoy flexibility in your
schedule, whether you prefer day or night shifts, tailored to your
needs! No mandatory weekends, holidays, or specific shift
requirements. GIG Highlights: Base Rate: $30 (CRT) - $35 (RRT) per
hour W-2 Employment Status Variable Shift Incentives Available
Options for 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts Job Responsibilities: Deliver
direct patient care in all areas of respiratory therapy as per
physician orders. Consult with physicians regarding the
effectiveness of respiratory treatments. Act as a resource for
physicians and nursing staff on respiratory care matters. Fulfill
additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education:
Completion of a CoArc accredited Respiratory Care program.
Licensure: Must meet state licensing requirements and possess a
current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
Certifications: Must hold either the Registered Respiratory
Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). PALS
certification is required for those working in the Emergency Room,
along with ACLS certification. Experience: A minimum of one year of
experience is required, excluding orientation time. Physical
Requirements: Capable of pushing, pulling, and gripping up to 50
lbs, with the ability to pinch up to 10 lbs, kneel, crouch, and
crawl minimally. Equipment: Familiarity with all relevant
respiratory care equipment. Preferred Experience: Critical care
