CLINICAL INTERVIEW Minimum Experience: 2 years experience REQUIRED
& 1 completed contract (preferred) Certifications: WI RN & AHA BLS
Charting Experience Required: EPIC Preferred Required Skillset:
Worked in LTC/Assisted Living and Rehab Skilled Nursing Facility
Patient Ratio: 1:10 in Rehab & 1:24 LTC/Assisted Living (with CNA
assistance of 1:10 ratio) Scrub Colors: Black Local candidate
