currently hiring RN Charge Nurses for our 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am
Shifts! We are a leading long-term care rehabilitation facility
dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our
residents. We specialize in rehabilitation services, helping
individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life
in a supportive and caring environment. We are seeking a dedicated
and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our
interdisciplinary team. The RN will provide exceptional nursing
care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social
needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans. Deliver
patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and
rehabilitation setting. Assess, monitor, and document residents'
health conditions and progress. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility
protocols. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other
healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized
care plans. Provide education and support to residents and their
families regarding care plans and health conditions. Foster a safe,
comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents. Supervise
and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical skills and
knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care. Compassionate,
