Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment Taking
direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered

policies Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Valid
Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License PPD or Chest X-Ray
Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online) Valid driver's
license G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train About

$32.00 / hour
