Electronic Medical Record: Cerner EMR (Cerner experience preferred)
Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active RN license in Alabama or
Compact State - BLS certification required - Minimum 1 year of
recent Med/Surg RN experience - Cerner EMR experience preferred -
Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility - Ability to work
every other weekend Med/Surg RN Responsibilities - Deliver
high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg unit -
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress -
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare
providers - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for
optimal patient outcomes - Educate patients and families on care
plans and post-discharge instructions - Maintain accurate and
timely documentation in Cerner EMR system - Float to other nursing
