Schedule: \n Full-time, 100% FTE day shift. Monday – Friday between
the hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm, no weekends required. Hours may vary
based on the operational needs of the department. \n Pay: \n
External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,500 sign-on bonus

(Optometric Tech, COA, CPOT) to: \n \n Perform visual testing in
both preventative and specialty eye care. \n Provide a safe and
comforting atmosphere for eye care patients of all ages. \n Work in

\n\n Qualifications\n\n\n \n \n High School Diploma or equivalent
Required \n Completed an accredited Ophthalmic/Optometric program,
Certified Medical Assistant program, or Licensed Practical Nurse
program Preferred \n \n \n \n Work Experience\n \n \n \n 6 months
of customer service experience Required \n 1 year of experience as
a Certified Ophthalmic/Optometric Assistant or Tech, Certified
Medical Assistant, or Licensed Practical Nurse Preferred \n \n \n
\n Licenses & Certifications\n \n \n \n COA, COT, CPOT, or CPOA
certifications within 1-1/2 Yrs Required \n CPR certification
within 90 Days Required \n If LPN, licensed in the state employed
Preferred \n If MA, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Preferred \n
