You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI. \n Pay \n \n Additional components of compensation may include: \n Shift differentials: $4/hour evening, $5/hour night and $4.25/hour weekend differential as applicable for hours worked \n Overtime \n \n Be part of something remarkable \n Come work for the UW Carbone Cancer Center - the only comprehensive cancer center in the state of Wisconsin - as designated by the National Cancer Institute. \n We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Care Team Leader (CTL), Charge RN to: \n \n Serve as a front-line leader on a 39-bed hematology, oncology, stem cell transplant, and palliative care unit. \n Join a team of REMARKABLE nurses that use compassion and teamwork to care for their inspiring patients. \n Provide care for acutely ill patients, including patients at end of life, and those undergoing bone marrow, stem cell transplant and cellular therapies (CAR T). \n Collaborate with management for unit hiring and patient experience rounding. \n Participate in quality improvement initiatives and lead practice change. \n Be involved in cutting edge, evidence-based therapies and research studies to improve patient outcomes. \n Become an expert oncology RN.
