dedicated Director PI Throughput Hospital Based Medicine like you
to be a part of our team. Job Summary and Qualifications Job
Summary: The Director of Performance Improvement Hospital
Throughput collaborates with Performance Improvement Leadership in
the development and execution of strategies to drive clinical and
operational improvement in Patient Throughput. The Director of
Hospital Throughput collaborates with Group Operations, CSG and OSG
Service Line Leadership to develop strategy, initiatives, and
operational standards to improve care delivery. This position will
lead multiple teams responsible for identifying performance
improvement opportunities and executing strategies to improve
operational, financial and clinical performance. The Director of
Hospital Throughput will work closely with HCA leadership to
understand the issues and to develop strong business cases to prove
strategies and win buy-in for recommendations. Responsibilities: •
Works in collaboration with facility, division, CSG and OSG Service
Line leadership team to design and implement strategies and
identify best practices to achieve improvement in clinical
outcomes, patient satisfaction, volume growth and financial
measures. • Drives organizational alignment in key clinical and
operations functions for consistency in approach and execution
across the company to improve quality, service and growth. •
Creates and develops materials, data, and strategy represented in
key governance councils. • Responsible for disseminating selected
analyses, strategies and implementation plans to Division and
Facility leadership • Monitors KPI performance to ensure effective
execution of strategies. • Identifies variations and performance
improvement opportunities and prioritizes response based on needs
of the organization and quantifiable impact. • Works
collaboratively with DT&I, IT&S and Nursing Operations
teams to provide meaningful guidance and structure to field
operations • Oversees the development and delivery of solutions
across a portfolio of projects • Drives clear hypotheses,
breakthrough analyses and actionable strategic insight for
organizational impact • Evaluates delivery models, new or expanded
lines of business and technologies, profitability/contribution
margins, and best practices across service lines • Possesses
strategic vision, excellent communication skills, proven
motivational capabilities, executive presence and a demonstrated
track record of delivering results and attaining goals Required: •
Bachelors degree • 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a
healthcare field with demonstrated success developing and executing
strategies, building positive relationships with internal and
external stakeholders and optimizing performance metrics • 7 years
of experience in relevant work Preferred: • Master’s Degree HCA
