In this role, you will work collaboratively to deliver exceptional patient care from admission to discharge, ensuring that every infant receives the comprehensive support they need.**Key Responsibilities:**- Conduct thorough health histories and perform detailed physical examinations for neonates.- Manage the overall care of critically ill and complex patients, identifying expected outcomes.- Order, interpret, and collect relevant diagnostic data to inform patient management.- Formulate differential diagnoses and provide treatment for acute and chronic conditions.- Prescribe both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic interventions as necessary.- Facilitate transitions between healthcare settings, ensuring smooth admissions, transfers, and discharges.**Qualifications:**- Current certification as a Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee- Master's degree in nursing or a related fieldIf you're ready to make a difference in the lives of infants and their families, we want to hear from you!
