Job Description:
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a
team committed to compassion, accountability, collaboration,
foresight, and joy.
Under supervision of an occupational therapist, responsible for
implementing treatment plans for adult to geriatric patients, with
occasional neonates, and updating care plans collaboratively.
Requires graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy
Assistant program, current Wisconsin license, and CPR/BLS
certification.
Full-time role, 36 hours/week, with shifts Monday, Wednesday,
Thursday, and Friday from 7:30am-5:00pm.

outpatient, inpatient, swing bed, and emergency services.
