Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor & Delivery Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: 1 years of recent acute experience License: Current State License Certifications: Required certifications Must-Have: 1-2 years recent acute experience Job Description: - Work as part of a regional network of hospitals and healthcare services in southern Tennessee. - Provide both inpatient and outpatient services at a 95-bed acute care facility. - Function as a member of the Labor & Delivery unit, ensuring high-quality patient care. - Be prepared to float to other facilities within a 25-mile radius if required. - Handle diverse patient populations, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric. - Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. - Adhere to required education and dress code standards. - Wear scrubs in the specified color; unacceptable attire is not permitted. - Offer coverage to address specific needs, such as leave coverage. - Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
