About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Rehab America LLC. As a key member of our therapy team, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover functional abilities and independence after surgery, injury, or medical crisis.Key Responsibilities

• Implement and execute treatment plans for patients with injuries or disabilities, as prescribed by a state-approved referral source.
• Deliver high-quality treatment to achieve identified objectives in occupational therapy evaluations.
• Document progress against identified objectives and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate patient status and needs to patients, families, staff, and other professionals.
• Clean and maintain equipment, treatment areas, and storage areas in a sanitary condition.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with patients, facility staff, and family members.Qualifications
  • Certification and active license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant from the state of employment.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current State of Tennessee driver's license.
