This full-service facility offers a wide variety of specialty services including surgical services OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, womens services OB, and orthopedics. This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has been recognized for its outstanding performance in patient safety.The Nurse Director Surgical Services will oversee all operations within the assigned department. The Nurse Director Surgical Services will review and implement policies and procedures ensuring quality patient care. The Nurse Director Surgical Services will work collaboratively with leadership and will serve as a mentor to staff. The Nurse Director Surgical Services is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.Requirements include:

• Current RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire
• Experience working in hospital management
