CNAHSI: Huntsville Family Health Center Full Time Hours: Monday and Tuesday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Wednesday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: Minimum of 25 patients per day Call Schedule: Phone Only - Rotated Loan Repayment Compensation: - Negotiable Based on Experience Benefits: - Loan Repayment Through NHSC; HPSA: 18 - Employer Paid Medical, Dental, Life, AD&D, and Long Term Disability - 10 PTO Days Increases with Tenure, 8 Paid Holidays, 5 Days Sick Leave- 5 CME Days plus $2,500 Annual Allowance - Reimbursement for Licenses, Certifications, DEA Registrations, etc. up to $800 Annually- FTCA Coverage- Profit Sharing Plan- 401k Additional Info: - Multi-specialty Group Practice. Providing Comprehensive Primary Healthcare services in an outpatient setting.- Handles a wide variety of normal and complex medical situations and is responsible for accurately diagnosing, treating, and providing the best health care for the pediatric patient (newborn to adolescents/age 18).- Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete medical information in patients chart.Requirements:- EMR Proficiency- State CSR and Federal DEA- Current PALS Certification- Alabama license strongly preferred- Board Eligible must become Board Certified within 2 years of employment- Must be comfortable working with an indigent population and understand the cultural diversity of the population- Spanish bilingual a plus
