Reasonable call schedule and other options for support including residency or fellowship stipend, medical education debt repayment as well as relocation reimbursement.Job Summary: A board-certified Neurologist is needed to join an independent practice that provides an individualized approach to patient care using evidence-based guidelines. This position offers the opportunity to work with in-office neurodiagnostic resources including EEG, EMG/NC and qualified staff.Roles and Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat neurological disorders- Record patient medical histories and symptoms- Order and interpret diagnostic tests- Determine appropriate treatments- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and families- Monitor patients' conditions and progressQualifications:- Medical degree from an accredited medical school- Licensure as a neurologist in the state of Alabama- Board-Certified in Neurology- Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environmentExperience and Skills:- Previous experience as a neurologist preferred- Knowledge of neurology and related medical procedures- Computer literacy in relevant medical software- Attention to detail and concern for patient welfareWhy Join Us: Our care team is passionate about providing the highest quality of care to each individual patient.
