Job Description:
Overview:
The RN/LPN organizes and coordinates delivery of nursing care to
patients in compliance with policies, protocols, and procedures. -
He/she provides direct patient care by monitoring physiological and
behavioral status, evaluating patient progress and the
effectiveness of interventions, and by performing treatments and
procedures. - He/she recognizes, reports, and documents clinical
observations. - The RN/LPN participates in orientation, training,
and management of personnel. -
Qualifications:
Current AL RN or LPN License required.
