From fleet and field services to plant operations and customer satisfaction - you'll own the strategy, execution, and team performance.What You'll DoOperational Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day activities across field services, routing, plant operations, and admin functions
• Lead and support a team of service techs, operators, and administrative staff
• Maintain vehicle and equipment readiness through inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance
• Ensure consistent adherence to LES best practices and operational standards
• Develop shift schedules to optimize service delivery and team coverageSafety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and facility permit requirements
  • Lead safety meetings, inspections, and route audits
  • Manage site P&L, budgets, and EBITDA targets
  • Monitor key financial metrics and present monthly performance updates
  • Control expenses and promote cost-efficient business practicesCustomer & Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and prompt issue resolution
    • Support retention efforts and identify growth opportunities in the service area
    • Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
    • Hire, train, and mentor employees to foster safety, efficiency, and profitability
    • Set the tone for professionalism, accountability, and teamwork across all departments
    • Support onboarding and development using LES resources and training tools
    • Be available for urgent operational needs outside standard hours when necessaryWhat You Bring
      • Proven leadership in service or treatment plant environments (5+ years preferred)
      • Strong understanding of DOT, OSHA, and wastewater/waste stream regulations
      • Experience managing operations, budgets, teams, and customer relationships
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks and ServiceTitan are a plus
      • CDL background and wastewater industry experience strongly preferredEducation & Experience
        • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
        • Experience in business operations, mechanical or environmental services is a plus
