role:--This opportunity is for a Director of Operations to support
the centralization of commercialization and pricing within our
Banking Solutions environment.-- This position will be supporting a
new central team, Cards & Money Movement, BPaas, Banking & Decision
Solutions, Digital Solutions, and Modern Banking Platforms. This
role will require someone with a unique blend of operational
expertise, strategic planning, and change management skills. This
role is remote eligible.What you will be doing:
- Designing and managing a robust communication and interaction
model.
- Designing and refining a centralized process and workflow that
will evolve over time to ensure efficiency and
standardization.
- Ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with the new processes,
facilitating smoother transitions and better collaboration.
- Seamlessly integrating personnel into the centralized
team.
- Adjusting deal flow and pricing mechanisms across Banking
Solutions in managing transitions and aligning diverse teams
towards common goals.
- Driving prioritization and providing project management support
for executing prioritized initiatives.
- Managing status reporting and tracking of progress with
dedicated focus
- Facilitating strong collaboration with the Pricing Operations
team.
- Ensure the success of CPQ initiatives by aligning efforts and
fostering teamwork.
- Managing tracking and reporting against all transformation work
in the team.
- Ensuring information is accurately reflected in executive
reporting dashboards, enhancing transparency and
accountability.What you will need:
- Deep experience in working with technology partners to execute
business requirements
- Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a
proven record of success directing efforts
- Project management and change management expertise in
delivering complex solutions are essential
- Relevant industry experience within markets risk and
control
- Self-starting with proven ability to hit the ground
running
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to handle complexity, ambiguity and a fast changing,
often demanding work environment
- Ability to drive change to business practices by working
effectively across a global organization
- Demonstrated analytical skills with follow-up and problem
solving capability
- Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and

compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is
$115,310.00 - $193,710.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum
target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted
role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual
starting pay is determined additional factors, including
job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual
starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific
salary range for your preferred location during the hiring
