DSA is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to join our team in Huntsville, AL.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, etc.) with 10yrs relevant experience.
• Proven experience in program management, particularly in Department of Defense contracts.
• Strong understanding of Energy principles, Utility Metering, Utility billing and reporting, and Data analytics and visualization.
• bility to maintain security clearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience managing programs in a Department of Defense environment, preferably with the Army.
• Proven ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Understanding of security clearance processes and requirements.
• Knowledge of Meter Data Management and related principles. Desired Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience working with the US Army Corps of Engineers or similar federal agencies.
  • Familiarity with federal security protocols and compliance.
  • Familiarity with federal DOD Energy Policy and Principles.
  • Understanding of AVEVA OSI PI Software.
  • Knowledge and experience with Data Warehouses, Data Analytics and Data Science.
  • Understanding of Utility tariff structures for billing.
  • Knowledge and experience with DoD/Army Risk Management Framework (RMF) Key Responsibilities
    • ct as the primary interface between the customer, company, and contract employees.
    • Provide overall leadership and direction for the utility metering program.
    • Ensure compliance with federal Department of Defense and security clearance requirements.
    • Oversee and coordinate the implementation of Energy principles, Utility Metering, Utility billing and reporting, and Data analytics and visualization.
    • Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines to meet customer expectations.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Many of DSA's positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
