ECS is seeking a Vice President - Business Operations to work in our Huntsville, AL office. Job Description:ECS is seeking an experienced Vice President of Business Operations to plan, direct, and ensure quality of consulting services to a diverse portfolio of mission-focused IT solutions to Civilian agencies. In this role - the successful candidate with lead ECS employees, as well as our ecosystem of business partners and technology alliance partners to ensure our collective teams are mission aligned to fully deliver on our customers' outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery and growth of a diverse portfolio programs and clients that includes cyber services, business system modernization, and advanced analytics. Required Skills:Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams to development Corporate Strategies that enhance overall Capabilities and Offerings. Demonstrated ability to develop Account Strategies with Federal Agencies.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain Senior Client and Industry Partner Relationships.Demonstrated ability to lead Account Teams in the development large/complex RFP responses to Federal Agencies. Demonstrated ability to manage diverse Portfolio of Programs of at least $100m in Annual Revenue. Demonstrated ability to manage a geographically dispersed workforce of at least 175-to-200 FTE. Masters Degree Desired Skills:Demonstrated/Willingness to Actively Participate in External Events that enhance the ECS Brand & Market Awareness.
