Missile Defense Battle Command System (IBCS) technical staff. The
position supports the US Army IBCS, which is a ground
transportable, tactical integrated air and missile defense command
and control system. Put your experience to work as a Manager
Technical Services Engineering to assist with the implementation
and execution of worldwide training operations supporting the US
Army customer foreign military sales (FMS) case, Poland.This
position is located in Huntsville, Alabama with possible relocation
to Warsaw Poland at equipment fielding in early to mid-year
2023.Duties Include:Provides technical advice and guidance on
installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement of company
technical products, programs, and systemsProvides expertise for
resolving technical problemsDevelops and manages a detailed project
schedule and work planProvide project updates on a consistent basis
to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and
progressMonitors work operations of exempt and/or non-exempt
employees on a daily basis and actively assists or provides
direction to subordinates as requiredDemonstrates critical thinking
skills and dedication to continuous improvementExceptional
attention to detailExperience with business case
developmentEstablishes and enforces team policies, procedure, and
client standardsLeads product development and life cycle management
process to support new product introductions and life cycle
management opportunitiesThis position requires extended travel to
multiple CONUS/OCONUS locations including Poland.Basic
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience or 10
years' experience in lieu of a degreeManages the technical
operations and strategic growth of its infrastructureDevelops
mechanisms for monitoring team progressProvides direction to
subordinates using established policies and proceduresPossess
technical skills analysis and interpretation do decimate as
appropriateMonitors work operations of exempt and/or non-exempt
employees on a daily basisActively assists or provides direction to
subordinatesPossesses excellent problem-solving skills with the
customer/leadershipPerforms on-going operational tasks of
organization groups in staff and professional groupsExecutes
department procedures that typically affect individual employees
within the departmentDevelops Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 7 years' experience or 15
years' experience in lieu of a degreeExperience leading technical
teams to accomplish time critical tasks/eventsExperience with
cost/schedule, work packages, and day-to-day workflowRepresents the
organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues
associated with specific projectsDevelops and delivers
presentations to leadership and/or customerAbility to speak
PolishExceptional communication and organizational skillsExperience
with Air and Missile Defense Tactical OperationsSalary Range:
$92,600 USD - $138,800 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including
