JOB TITLE: Memory Care Director

GENERALPURPOSE:

Leads by example through promotingand developing vibrant, purposeful and engaging resident programs forindividuals living with dementia. Leads others to develop a well-trainedcompassionate Memory Care team that promotes dignity and choice for individualsliving with dementia. Leads by examplethrough implementation of engagement opportunities that align with successfulaging in the areas of vital brains, vital bodies and vital connections.

JOBREQUIREMENTS:

• Highschool diploma or GED
• 2 - 3 years as a Memory Care Director at anAssisted Living/Memory Care Community
• Extensive knowledge of Alzheimer's disease andother related forms of dementia
• Experience in addressing and responding to theunmet needs of individuals living with dementia
• Exceptional teambuilding and leadership skills
• Knowledge of the state regulations andcompliance management
• Effective communication skills
• Strong financial judgement
• Maintains basic knowledge of computer softwareand internet platforms, including email
