Overview
GaN Corporation is looking for a -Director of Products & Services. This individual will be responsible for overseeing, leading and managing product and service contracts through lifecycle processes. This individual will work alongside the BD team to building a pipeline of service and products with DoD and other government organizations.
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead the Product and Services sector of an organization.
  
• Identify business opportunities to improve customer experiences.
  
• Work within the leadership team to identify growth planning and the opportunities to go after to achieve those goals.
  
• Develop roadmaps and strategies for growing the business and enter new markets.
  
  Qualifications
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Strong leadership skills, including supervising others effectively and leading people through growth transitions.
    
  • Experience in a management role delivering technical services, such as research, strategic communications, counselling or consulting, preferably in DOD sector.
    
  • Experience with government contracts
    
  • Business development experience in identify contracts, capture management, proposal writing, and contract onboarding.
    
  • A track record of delivering and improving services and products.
    
  • Enthusiasm for -building -services and products, not just dreaming them up.
    
    Special Requirements

    • Must be a US Citizen -and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
      
    • Must have a Secret clearance or be capable of obtaining an interim Secret clearance
