Manager is a key member of the Facilities Solutions Group (FSG)
Operations team responsible for all Project Control related
policies, processes, procedures, staffing, training, and mentoring.
This individual will be responsible for the project controls
discipline across their assigned FSG companies. This individual
will be responsible for identifying gaps in project control support
or knowledge and then working with operations to train existing
staff or recruit and hire experienced project control support where
needed.RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in
all aspects of Project Control to include:Costpoint project setup
and reportingRevenue recognition rules and regulationsMonth-End
closeCustomer invoicingCost and schedule variance analysisUnbilled
analysisHigh risk/visibility program reviewsProvide direct project
control support to projects where needed to help fill gapsWork with
Shared Services and Operations to provide support for new project
transitions/phase-ins as neededRegularly interface with and provide
support/mentoring to the operating company Project Management and
Project Controls POCs as neededThe ability to communicate with the
Project Management and Controls communities via Project Control
forums, intranet postings and potentially conduct classroom lunch
bunch and PM Excellence training sessionsQualificationsMinimum
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business-related
field or commensurate experienceMinimum 8 years' experience working
for a Federal Government ContractorEAC and ETC development / EAC
and ETC ReviewsSolid understanding of all contract types, FAR
regulations, government complianceRecent CostPoint experience (7.0
or more recent) with understanding of project setup module and
reporting functionsProcess improvement backgroundSupervisory /
Management experienceDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Proficiency with
Costpoint 8.0 and Costpoint 8.0 reporting toolsCostpoint
implementation experience (Full life cycle from initial project
setup)Solid personnel management experience/skills, communication
skills and ability to present to Senior LeadershipThe duties and
