Your role:

In your role as a Program Integrator, you will serve as the direct contact between the Redstone Test Center (RTC) team and RTC's customers. You will support the Climatic Test Division by monitoring and facilitating the schedule, performance, and cost of missile test activities.

What you'll do all day:

• Act as the point of contact to RTC's customers for test activities.
• Ensure regular communication among the teams in the division.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings such as Hazard Analysis Working Groups, Test Readiness Reviews, and customer status meetings.
• Monitor Division test schedules to identify conflicts and work to resolve.
• Perform risk analysis on test scheduling, cost, and performance and elevate pertinent risks to the Section manager and Division Chief.
• Develop strategies for increased throughput and production withing the directorate.
• Ensure Safety Documents and test plans/reports are completed and archived. You will love this job if you:

  • Enjoy multitasking Minimum requirements for this position:
    • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited* college/university; or an Associate's Degree and 2 years of applicable experience; or 4 years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area; or 4 years of military training, or a combination thereof, in the specialty area.
    • Proficient in all Microsoft Office software including Project.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance.
    • U.S. Citizenship required. Desired skills and experience for this position:
      • Master's Degree in an applicable field.
      • Experience with and knowledge of Army missile systems.
