In this role, you will utilize appropriate business tools to support the function. This position requires a working knowledge of SAP in relation to the technology and manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate must have functional experience in the workflow builder with expertise in ECO/ECR, BOM to BOM Synchronization and CAD integration and can train other users.Role Responsibilities

• Provide Configuration Management support for software, hardware, and documentation to include planning, identification, control, status reporting, auditing, and release of products and systems.
• Train SAP users
• Manage, develop, and communicate the Change Management process and supporting procedures.
• Receive and distribute Requests for Change, facilitate proper routing and ensure the list of requests is maintained and regularly addressed within an agreed-upon timescale at appropriate levels of authority.
• Act as a gatekeeper throughout the development process to ensure process and product conformance, ensuring the quality of delivered products.
• Work with team members to improve processes, create policies and procedures.
• Define, implement and monitor dashboards and reports for Configuration Management health and performance metrics.
• Provide support throughout the lifecycle of a product/program.
• Provide status, as needed, to support management activities and participate in team meetings. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Exposure to and understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Ability to train others on SAP software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive project delivery expectations while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Expert-level knowledge of MS Office tools -Word and Excel.
  • Experience with ITAR regulations.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the same or similar position.
    • Experience with SAP
    • Expertise in ECO/ECR, BOM to BOM Synchronization and CAD integration
    • Eligible to work on ITAR projects (US citizen or green card holder) Abaco is a Department of Defense (DoD) supplier and as such employees may work with or be exposed to controlled information that may only be seen or handled by US citizens or qualified permanent residents. -
