history.Management Responsibilities:
- Manage daily customer interface
- Track and Drive Quality initiatives, Compliance Matrixes,
FAI's, Corrective Actions, and Process Improvements
- Develop a deep understanding of Customer requirements
- Manage data collection, analysis, metrics, and
presentationsEngineering Responsibilities:
- Facilitate root case and corrective action investigations
- Contribute to design change control reviews and
implementation
- Author documentation to instruct operations on successful
execution of quality requirements
- Write and manage risk mitigation actions and assure their
implementation
- Support internal audits, process observations, and area
assessments
- Leading FMEA effortsThe ideal candidate creates collaborative
relationships with the customer. You are cool under pressure, able
to energize and lead teams while also performing essential analysis
as an individual contributor.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience, or
Master's Degree with at least 3 years of experience or High School
Diploma/Equivalent with at least 9 years of experience in Quality
or related field
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret ClearancePreferred
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of corrective action principles (5-Why,
Fishbone, KT, etc.)
- Prior composite manufacturing experience Salary Range level:
$80,900 - $121,300 Salary Range: $80,900 USD - $121,300 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to
base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual
contributions as well as allow employees to share in company
results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be
eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman
