Reporting to the Head of Global Talent Management, this role is
responsible for key elements of the Talent Management strategy and
delivery. Including implementation and ongoing innovation of key
processes related to performance management and enabling mobility
strategies across the organization. This work will equip our people
and managers with tools and frameworks they need to be successful
in a purposeful performance-driven culture. This person will
operate as part of a COEI Talent Management team that develops and
deploys innovative strategies, tools and processes that enable our
employees to deliver peak performance; and drive initiatives that
enable employees to have a successful and engaging careers at
Takeda. In partnership with our team and HR colleagues, this person
will be responsible for evolving our enterprise-wide Performance
Culture and Practices, including new ways to elevate employee
engagement and career development. The work performed through our
Global Talent Management team will directly enhance Takeda's
abilities to assess, motivate, develop and retain our most
important assets, our people. This role requires a heavy
concentration in change management with an eye on evolving our
practices over time and an ability to collaborate effectively with
HR partners and stakeholders globally leading to a great people
experience and the best global outcomes. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Initial responsibilities
include t he areas of Performance Culture and Practices. This role
will steward the rollout of our new performance philosophy, tools
and framework with a focus on how this work evolves over time. This
role will also lead various strategic initiatives across the Talent
Management COEI. This role plays a key part in the COEI function
and will be an active team member as we shape this function over
time. Partnering with the Talent Management Team and HR
