Position Responsibilities: Connect Lean principles and apply Lean tools that achieve key performance indicator targets Support improvement through innovation and replicate where possible Operationalize data analytics into daily Lean practice and priorities Instruct others in continuous improvement tools and principles tailor message to specific audience level Develop and update instructional materials as applicable Lead and facilitates process improvement efforts Develop an integrated strategy and assists with its strategic deployment Apply and integrate improvement processes and tools across Huntsville Site Assess business capability and capacity Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3 years of experience implementing Lean principles, to include identifying opportunities and making recommendations for value stream improvements that resulted in improved business position through culture transformation. 3 years of experience planning and facilitating Lean workshops (e.g., Boeing Problem Solving Model /Accelerated Improvement Workshop / 3P Production Preparation Process / Kaizen / Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, Distribution Kaizen) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher Project management certification Knowledge and application of the Boeing Production System (BPS) Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies .
