Our client, an industry leader in industrial manufacturing, is seeking a Welder Fitter to join their team. As a Welder Fitter, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production and assembly teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Welder Fitter Location: Alexandria, AL Pay Range: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with some required Saturday overtime What's the Job? Fit and weld metal parts and components based on blueprints or job specifications Measure, cut, and assemble materials using proper tools and equipment Ensure welds meet quality standards and pass inspections Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures What's Needed? 3 to 4 years of welder-fitter experience Ability to pass a weld test Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team What's in it for me?
