What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and teammates Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow all safety protocols Support plant operations when needed to ensure smooth workflow What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles Strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically active environments Clear and professional communication skills Ability to follow procedures and adapt to changing job-site needs Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
