Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking skilled multicraft maintenance technicians for the PM shift. The role involves the installation and repair of equipment, electrical troubleshooting, working with 480V systems, and 3-phase motors. The ability to read blueprints and schematics is essential as you will be performing mechanical and electrical repairs both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include preventative and corrective maintenance, as well as reliability testing. Responsibilities Install and repair equipment. Perform electrical troubleshooting and work with 480V systems and 3-phase motors. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Conduct preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance. Perform reliability testing. Work with Fanuc robots, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, chillers, boilers, air handling units, conveyors, and CNC machines. Essential Skills Electrical troubleshooting Maintenance repair Mechanical maintenance Blueprint reading PLC troubleshooting Automation and PLC programming Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with multicraft maintenance Experience in plant maintenance Familiarity with Fanuc robots Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics Why Work Here? The facility is not climate-controlled, meaning it can be hot in summer and cold in winter. The environment is also dusty and dirty due to the processing of black powder. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
