your future with us. Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks
an Electrical Design and Test Engineer to join our Patriot Advanced
Capability-3 (PAC-3) Electrical Engineering Capability Team in
Huntsville, AL. We design, sustain, and upgrade next generation
electronics concepts, and we support production and special test
equipment design for increasing capacity requirements. Position
Responsibilities: Support electrical design activities for PAC-3
production, sustainment, and capacity assurance contracts. Develop
detailed design solutions to component and part obsolescence
issues. Develop, document, and maintain electronic and electrical
system requirements according to customer desires and contract
requirements. Develop of statements-of-work (SOWs) and technical
performance specifications. Develop test plans and test procedures.
Support test events. Support various methods of testing and
analysis. Support design and production to ensure system designs
meet operational and functional requirements. Support Root Cause
Corrective Action ( RCCA ) investigations, troubleshooting, and
resolutions. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S.
Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S.
Citizenship. (An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance
Post-Start is required.) Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience): 1 years of related experience. 1 years of
hands-on lab experience with power or analog electronics testing or
test methodology. 1 years of electrical design experience. Bachelor
of Science degree from an accredited course of study in
engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science.) Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical
engineering or computer engineering. Knowledge of CCA design or PCB
design processes. Circuit analysis experience using tools such as
LTSpice , PSpice , SIMETRIX . Experience utilizing lab electronic
testing tools (Digital Multimeter s, Oscilloscope s, Power
Supplies, Function Generators, ) Experience developing test
procedure and test process documentation Experience performing Root
Cause/Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations Active Secret or
higher security clearance . Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical
education from an accredited course of study in engineering,
engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering
technology), computer science, engineering data science,
mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2
or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination
of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent
qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred,
although not required, accreditation standard. Shift: This is a 2nd
shift position. Typically, Monday through Thursday, 2PM to 12AM.

considerations. Summary Pay Range: $79,000 – 108,100 Applications
