In this role, you will spearhead a team of Process Technicians to eliminate unnecessary activities and foster a culture steeped in Lean principles. Your mission will be to collaborate with plant leadership, devise continuous improvement strategies, and oversee transformative projects.   • Lead a team of (2) Process Technicians to eliminate non-value-added activities and embed Lean culture throughout the facility.
  • Partner with plant leadership to identify continuous improvement projects, define objectives, and execute detailed action plans.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent, cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Develop and adapt training materials and presentations to educate staff on Lean concepts and tools.
  • Facilitate and lead Lean activities such as Kaizens, promoting widespread adoption of Lean methodologies.
  • Assist in the rollout and deployment of Polaris's Lean training materials to enhance organizational knowledge and practices.Desired Competencies

    • Project Management: You are adept at managing diverse projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and exceptional execution.Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field.
      • 3+ years of experience in Lean manufacturing environments.
      • Proven experience facilitating Kaizens and applying Lean methodologies.
      • Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
      • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and solid analytical capabilities.
      • Demonstrated excellence in project management.
