o placement o routing o use of the auto-router o constraint manager o xDM and/or xDM Library Client and/or equivalent library--- Experience in PCB design skills using the Mentor Graphics and/or equivalent design toolset--- Experience with multi-layer designs with HDI technology and/or high-speed routing including DDR circuitry
