We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor. This position will lead overall program management including technical interface with customer engineers, new product design, product launch management, and plant support. Develop and optimize high value, cost effective new part or system designs based on customer requirements and Tenneco engineering and manufacturing capabilities. The team is ready to act immediately on those candidates who are the best fit for the role. You'll first hear from someone in Talent Acquisition to schedule a phone screen, and then the next step will be a personal interview with our Hiring Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: --- Designs and develops products, process and systems

--- Champions innovative engineering technology

--- Apply and maintain current knowledge of engineering tools/methods/techniques to meet technical needs.

--- Confer with management and production to discuss project specifications and procedures.

--- Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.

--- Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

--- Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.

--- Direct, review, and approved product design and changes.

REQUIREMENTS:

--- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

--- Minimum of five years engineering work experience in a related field

--- 3 - 5 Years of Manufacturing Experience

--- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

--- Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
