Manufacturing Test Engineer to support the repair and testing of
legacy systems and RF products.Role Responsibilites
- Aid production in Debug and help improve production knowledge
base on primarily RF products
- Troubleshoot ruggedized integrated high performance computing
systems to board level
- Establish strong working relationships with all key
stakeholders--
- Support 'in-process' continuous improvement activity across the
full product development and manufacture test life-cycle
- Serve as an interface between the Engineering and Manufacturing
functions to develop new, or enhance existing manufacture test
solutions / processes; the recipient--and acceptance body in
manufacturing and provide equipment user training, fit for purpose,
and CI feedback to Engineering
- Conduct manufacture test readiness reviews and impact analysis
to support implementation of production solutions, as required to
support the business technology roadmap and operations plan
- Perform analysis of manufacture test defects / process failures
to determine root cause & develop corrective actions--
- Ensure all Manufacture Test Engineering activities are aligned
with the internal & external needs of the business to maximize
performance against; Safety; On-time / On-Quality Delivery--
- Ensure all product leaving meets the highest standards with
regards Quality, compliance, and safety--
- Ensure Leadership are kept informed of all critical issues and
constraints--
- Aid production in troubleshooting environmental (ESS) test
issues
- Ability to locate and set up equipment required for the
test--
- Ability to diagnose boards/assemblies to component level--
- Interact with other departments to solve issues--
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Electronics or Computer
Science
- Understanding of various Bus architectures including
INTEL--
- Understanding JTAG or XJTAG
- Familiarity with MIL standards 810G
- Ability to work with Python, NI TESTSTAND in Labview, and
Visual Studio C#
- Proficient with Windows and Linux
- Experience in electronics or engineering
- Ability to debug to component level--
- 5+ years working in an electronic environment either debug or
design--
- Work--well on their own or in a team--
- Good communication skills--
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus-- Abaco is a Department of Defense

controlled information that may only be seen or handled by US
