The successful candidate will play a key role in executing
initiatives associated with the Quality organization.
Duties will include but are not be limited to:
--- Developing program Quality Requirements
--- Managing databases and associated key business metrics
--- Managing business processes to measure and improve quality
performance and update/improve departmental procedures as
required.
--- Responsible and accountable for delivering effective methods
and initiating improvements that will drive and improve overall
quality performance.
--- Conduct/coordinate process and product evaluations and
assessments.
--- Conduct Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA)
investigations
--- Review and approve First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
--- Support various program process reviews
--- Support internal and external audits
--- Collaborate with leaders from various functions to assure
compliance and continuous improvement.
--- Provide local customer interface
--- Travel may be required
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related
discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Work or classroom experience with manufacturing processes and
engineering documentation
- Ability to obtain security clearance and US Citizenship
required.
Desired Skills:
Experience with any of the following is preferred:
--- Strong verbal, and written communication, and strong
interpersonal skills.
--- Ability to multi-task, be thorough and detail-oriented, with
strong job closure and analytical skills.
--- Candidate must also demonstrate a strong ability to understand
and communicate technical issues verbally and produce detailed
presentations on a regular basis.
--- The ability to present technical data to senior leadership on a
regular basis will be required.
--- An ability to work effectively in a team environment.
--- Demonstrated knowledge of non-conformance handling and
disposition.
--- Experience in aerospace/space programs
--- Knowledge of Quality Systems and Processes
--- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical
specifications
--- Experience with program management and project management
tools
--- Experience with performance metrics using Microsoft Excel and
Tableau
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government
security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated
with this position will be performed onsite at a designated
Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
