Associate Engineer Mission Assurance/Engineer Mission Assurance.
This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in
Iuka, MS.As quality engineering, we define and monitor mission
assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission
success of programs. We assure quality, risk management, safety,
reliability and maintainability of program achievements,
subcontractors, and suppliers are in accordance with contractual
requirements. We assess program performance and risks, and help to
determine resources to ensure contract compliance.Essential
Functions:Authoring documentation to instruct operations on
successful execution of quality requirementsManage and coordinate
non-conformance containment and corrective action implementation
activitiesLead data collection, analysis, and customer
interfaceWrite and manage risk mitigation actions and assuring
their implementationContribute to design change control reviews and
implementationSupport internal audits, process observations and
area assessmentsEstablish and maintain collaboration partnership
across functions and programs, customers, program management, and

be filled at either a level 1 or level 2 engineer.Basic
Qualifications for an Associate Engineer Mission Assurance:A
candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of
the below criteria. The candidate must:Be completing or has
completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institutionBe
majoring in or having majored in a STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering or Math) degreeHave an overall cumulative GPA of
3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic transcripts must be provided
at time of application by uploading the documents to your
application or profile)Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S.
Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
and special program access within a reasonable amount of time as
dictated by the businessBasic Qualifications for an Engineer
Mission Assurance:A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source,
must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:Be
completing or has completed their Master's degree from an
accredited institution or is completing their Bachelor's degree
from an accredited institution and 2 years of mission assurance
engineering experienceBe majoring in or having majored in a STEM
(Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) degreeHave an overall
cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher (unofficial academic
transcripts must be provided at time of application by uploading
the documents to your application or profile)Be able to obtain and
maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is
a pre-requisite) and special program access within a reasonable
amount of time as dictated by the businessPreferred
Qualifications:Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.7/4.0 or
higherPrevious internship/co-op or other work experience,
leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication
skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular)Pay
Range:Associate Engineer Mission Assurance $57,400 to
$86,200Engineer Mission Assurance $69,500 to
$104,300campusjobsEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary
bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to
reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share
in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director
positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition,
