We have an immediate opening for a talented Quality Analyst who is Black Belt trained to join our Quality & Mission Assurance Team to work at our state-of-the-art Advanced Manufacturing Facility (AMF) in Huntsville, AL. The Quality Analyst role is responsible for supporting, developing and implementing quality standards by applying quality control and assurance methods and requirements, lean manufacturing concepts and six-sigma tools and analyses. The incumbent will review, analyze and report quality discrepancies related to assembly, process, mechanical, electrical and electro-mechanical systems. They will also investigate problems; make recommendations and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies. The position will interface with manufacturing, engineering, customer, supplier and subcontractor representatives to ensure customer requirements are met. Must Have: Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and three (3) years of experience in a directly related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic Knowledge of Quality Systems, Lean Principles, Oracle databases, SQL queries, data visualization, information systems, or Business Intelligence platforms. We're excited to see any of the below: Experience related to green field manufacturing sites development, organizational transformation and organizational development. Furthermore, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent, including certification from an accredited or nationally recognized organization.
