Systems has an opening for a Mission Assurance Engineer (Level 2 or
3) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This
position will be located in Iuka, MS.As quality engineering, we
define and monitor mission assurance program specifications and
processes to ensure mission success of programs. We assure quality,
risk management, safety, reliability and maintainability of program
achievements, subcontractors, and suppliers are in accordance with
contractual requirements. We assess program performance and risks
and help to determine resources to ensure contract compliance.Do

include the following:Authoring documentation to instruct
operations on successful execution of quality requirementsManage
and coordinate non-conformance containment and corrective action
implementation activitiesLead data collection, analysis, and
customer interfaceWrite and manage risk mitigation actions and
assuring their implementationContribute to design change control
reviews and implementationSupport internal audits, process
observations and area assessmentsEstablish and maintain
collaboration partnership across functions and programs, customers,
program management, and other support organizationsOur team is

Engineer or Principal Engineer Mission Assurance depending on the
qualifications below.Engineer:Bachelor's in Science and 2 years of
experience in Quality and/or Mission Assurance work experience;
Master's Degree and 0 years of experience.Knowledge of Inspection
Plans and First Article InspectionsAbility to obtain and maintain a
Secret clearance and Special Program AccessPrincipal
Engineer:Bachelor's in Science and 5 years of experience in Quality
and/or Mission Assurance work experience; Master's Degree and 3
years of experience in Quality and/or Mission Assurance work
experience; PhD and 0 years of experience.Knowledge of Inspection
Plans and First Article InspectionsAbility to obtain and maintain a
Secret clearance and Special Program AccessPreferred
Qualifications:Prior manufacturing experienceAbility to read and
interpret GD&T drawingsKnowledge of Root Cause and Corrective

Range: $63,000 USD - $94,600 USDSalary Range 2: $77,700 USD -
$116,500 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
