Job Description:

We are partnering with a major $1B Defense organization developing next generation Smart Weapons and Munitions for land, air, sea and space that will protect our country and troops! This organization is investing heavily in building out their Huntsville, AL division. They have strong existing contracts that need to be executed with significant new awards on the horizon, while heavily investing in IRAD initiatives. We are searching for a CHIEF ENGINEER, as well as Sr, Principal, Systems, and Test/Integration Engineers with strong GNC backgrounds. You will lead their IRAD & Contract initiatives and collaborate with Engineering, Bus Development and Marketing teams on their critical requirements for smart weapons! Experience REQUIRED in the following:

• Guided Missiles / Ground-to-Ground / Air-to-Air / Air-to-Ground / Weapon Systems / Flight Controls etc
• MIL-STDs
• MBSE
• GNC, EO / IR, RF Systems requirements
• IRAD
