Job Description:
Schedule: Full Time - -Caribou Thunder is seeking a Senior Test
Engineer that -will support a large Department of Defense contract.
The work environment is that of a casual small-company feel but
backed by large-company resources and infrastructure. -Applicants
should be self-motivated and have proven leadership experience.

Bachelor's degree and 9 years of
related experienceMaster's degree and 7 years of related experience
-RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Test Engineer support for all
phases of C5ISR solutions for applicable collection platform(s)
(airborne, spaceborne, land-based, maritime/submarine), collection
sensors, apertures, processors, and other onboard mission
equipment.Use Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) principles,
perform Product Lifecycle Management, utilizing an Agile DevSecOps
engineering pipeline to accelerate mission-tailored, scalable, and
threat (CEMA) resilient C5ISR systems. Ensures end-to-end quality
through the EngineeringEdge process. Builds flexibility,
scalability, and rapid insertion capability into solutions through
a maximally open architecture approach to development of hardware
and software. Defines, documents, analyzes, performs, and
interprets tests with developing and executing automated testing
scripts as part of a tailored SAFe Agile and DevSecOps pipeline for
C5ISR software and hardware. Performs technical planning,
verification and validation, quality assurance, integration, and
fielding. Generating test data in multiple environments. -
Establishes standards, practices, and procedures for integrating,
testing, evaluating, and transitioning systems and enterprise
capabilities, and coordinates with stakeholders. Evaluates
enterprise capabilities, architectures, system design concepts,
requirements, risks and opportunities, and processes for
integration, test, evaluation, and transition impacts. Designs,
develops, and implements test and evaluation strategies, plans and
methods to assure reliability of systems in conjunction with system
specifications and defined enterprise capabilities, and integrates
system and C5ISR enterprise elements together so they work as a
whole.QUALIFICATIONS
C5ISR experienceModel Based System
Engineering (MBSE) experience.Agile DevSecOps engineering pipeline
experience.Experience defining, documenting, analyzing, performing,
and interpreting tests.Experience generating test data in multiple
environments.Experience performing technical planning, verification
and validation, quality assurance, integration, and fielding. -
