Duties & Responsibilities

• 
  
• Interpret customer UX needs
  
• Design user interfaces for new or existing backends to satisfy customer needs
  
• Create wireframes or other means of mocking up a design to gather feedback from stakeholders prior to implementation
  
• Collaborate with system and software engineers on implementation
  
• Guide the team on best practices in the UX Design space
  
• Attend (virtually or in person) daily stand-up meetings to sync on status
  
• Participate in Agile sprint planning meetings, provided feedback on progress and estimating task complexity
  
• Design for web-based or desktop-based UIs
  
• Experience in the UAS domain or command and control UIs
  
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  Required Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Experience with Agile Development methodologies
    
  • Experience with Linux: Ubuntu, Centos/RHE
    
  • Experience JIRA or similar Agile development tool
    
  • Experience with DoD work
    
    
    • 
      
    • Experience with modern web frameworks: Reach
      
    • Experience with design tools: Adobe Photoshop, XD, Figma or similar
      
    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. Will consider years of related experience in lieu of degree.
      
    • 5+ yearsof relatedexperience
      
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
