Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as a Lead Verification Engineer based out of Huntsville, AL; El Segundo, CA; or Colorado Springs, CO. What You'll get to Do: This role includes filling in on the programmatic side (CAM duties schedule, highlights, status, etc.), as well as the technical side (technical direction, ensuring work is completing on time, troubleshooting, reviewing, etc.) when needed. Manage requirements development from the B-spec, B-spec allocation, C-spec, etc. in DOORS. Experience with verification planning (RVPs). This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. Basic Qualifications: Active Secret security clearance required with an investigation within the past 6 years9 years of System Engineering experience with a Bachelors of Science in a STEM discipline; 7 years of System Engineering experience with Masters; 4 Years with a PhD - Ability to use DOORS.Experience performing SW & HW verification as well as test and verification planning Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, cost-constrained environment.
